Located just a short distance from local breweries, takeout, groceries, and other essentials, you’ll have everything you need for a seamless stay. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend or an extended escape, our waterfront cottage promises a memorable experience for all occasions.

PET FRIENDLY! Guests will be required to pay a $400 refundable pet damage deposit and a $100 pet fee per pet, per stay, at the time of booking (Max of 2 pets). After the checkout inspection, the deposit will be refunded to the guest if no damage or soiling is found. Small dogs are welcome, and medium to large dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to owner approval.

*We kindly ask that guests do not attempt to use the fireplaces in the house.

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a basic set of starter supplies in each of our vacation rentals. These items are intended to cover your needs for the first day or so and may not be sufficient for the duration of your stay. Guests are responsible for supplying any additional items they may need during their stay.

Please note that algae blooms, hydrilla, pollen and other natural sporadic events are naturally occurring environmental events that can happen at various locations around Lake Anna. These events may impact water clarity and recreational use, depending on severity and location. We cannot guarantee that the area around the property will be free of these events during your stay. We want all guests to enjoy their time at the lake, but please understand that we are not responsible for their presence or any restrictions that may result from them during your visit and no refunds or discounts will be issued in the event that any of these events occur before or during your stay. For the most up-to-date information on water conditions, we recommend checking local resources prior to and during your vacation.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
